It’s so nice to meet you! My name is Margaux, and I’m the Creative Director
here at Harmony Creative Studio. This Blog is where we will share our projects
and our love for design, fashion and events. Also, we will dispense helpful DIY
tutorials, advice and inspiration for you – our lovely readers!

First, a little more about me: The Psychology of Retail – figuring out how to make retail spaces beautiful, how to keep them that
way and how to entice shoppers to buy – has been my specialty for years. I’ve
also been a Retail Trainer, Recruiter and Manager, and love working with others
on a common goal. Combining these skills with my love of events, fashion and
design has always been my goal, and with the recent launch of Harmony Creative
Studio, my dream is finally coming true!

I learned my love of fashion and fun early from my mother, Harmony Creative
Studios’ Color + Style Consultant, Brenda. She taught me that knowing yourself
was paramount, and truly knowing yourself involves the natural color and style
harmony found in every one of us. This was something she learned herself from
the legendary Color Harmonist Suzanne Caygill in the early 1980’s. Color Harmony
is at the very core of what we do here at HCS, and it helps us build a solid
foundation for our clients and their projects. For the last 20 years, Brenda has
been a working Costume Designer for TV + Film, and has been bringing her
unparalleled eye for color and balance to photo shoots and film crews alike.

Events are my thing, Color is hers. We collaborate on some projects, but not on
others, based on client needs. We pull from over 30 collective years of
experience in one basic idea: getting the project done right with style. Enjoy
